Kapai Puku Tribal Bliss Balls

Makes 15-20 | Prep 15 Mins (plus soaking, chilling)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup fresh dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kapai Puku Tribal Blend
  • 1 cup Roasted nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, brazil nuts etc
  • 1/2 cup Almond meal
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Grated rind of 1 orange

Moist Pineapple Banana Bread with Kapai Puku Naked Blend

Makes one loaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Kapai Puku Naked Blend
  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup drained crushed pineapple (we used fresh pineapple)
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 2 cups gluten-free plain flour OR sorghum/buckwheat/superfine brown rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt

Kapai Puku Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 large Ripe Bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of Manuka Honey
  • ¾ cup of Orange Juice
  • ½ cup of your choice of Milk
  • 1 ½ cup of Kapai Puku Original/Naked/Tribal/Tropical Blend
  • ½ cup of Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 ½ cup of Plain Flour or substitute with 2/3c whole wheat, 1/3c rice/oat flour & 1/3c buckwheat flour
  • ¾ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
